The products are delivered in the manufacturer's original, sealed packaging and are insured throughout the entire transport until delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time may vary depending on the product ordered and its availability.

• Products in stock

The usual delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days from the moment of registration and confirmation of the order. The period is influenced by the customization of the product when this option is chosen.

• Products made to order

For hand-made products that are made to order, the delivery time can be up to 10 working days.

• Products in stock at the supplier

For products available from the supplier, the delivery time is 5-21 working days.

If the product becomes temporarily unavailable, the operator will inform you of this when confirming the order by phone. In this case, the operator will communicate the new delivery date to you. You have the option to accept the new date or cancel the order for the product.

For express delivery, you will usually receive the package at the specified address the next business day. If you are not found at the specified address, you will be called by the courier company to determine the delivery time.

In the case of advance payment by bank transfer/transfer/CEC, the delivery time is measured from the moment of proof of payment (OP confirmed by the bank) or after the money enters the nuovaidea.ro account.

If you are not available at the date and time set by the agent for delivery, nuovaidea.ro will keep the ordered goods for 5 business days, during which time we will try to contact you again to finalize the delivery. If you cannot be found within this time frame, the order will be canceled.

If you would like your ordered products to be delivered on a specific day and time, please note this information in the "Notes" box on the order page. Orders will be delivered on the date and time agreed upon when you confirmed your order by phone.

If you notice that your package has arrived damaged or unsealed, please check it with the courier agent and if you notice damage to the ordered products, refuse the package (mentioning the reason for the refusal on the delivery note) and please contact us as soon as possible to remedy the problem.
