Even though we're in the middle of summer, the weather can be a real headache, especially when the most important event of your life is approaching. You spend so much time organizing every element of the big event, but when it comes to the weather outside, things take a different turn. Even though you can't influence the weather and you won't be doing any crazy dances to chase away the rain, there are a few little tricks you can do to ensure that your event will be perfect even if the weather isn't exactly friendly.

If the temperatures are very high...

A hot day is not conducive to the excitement and excitement of the big day. Excessively high temperatures significantly reduce everyone's comfort level, especially if the event takes place outdoors because, fortunately, air conditioning was invented indoors.

• So, if you're organizing an outdoor event and a hot day is forecast, make sure you've arranged the venue so that your guests don't spend too much time in direct sunlight.
• Encourage your guests to stay properly hydrated. Offer them cold water at their discretion (you can opt for delicious lemonade or fruit water).

• In the bathrooms, organize a small corner where guests can refresh themselves: provide them with some deodorants, thermal water in spray form, wet wipes, and sunscreen.

If the weather is rainy and cool...

A rainy day is only perfect when there's nothing to do but curl up on the couch, under a fluffy blanket, sipping a hot cup of tea, and reading. So, there's no such thing as a happy relationship between rain and weddings. However, you can't let the drizzle and chilly weather ruin your big day:

• If you are organizing the event outside, make sure there is also an indoor area where you can retreat if the rain starts out of nowhere.
• Make sure a special place is created where guests can place their raincoats and umbrellas.
• The menu should include some hot drinks – tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Your guests will definitely enjoy a warm drink on a rainy day.
