Art. 1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER

 The organizer of the promotion "Catch the free bridal bouquet at your wedding" is the commercial company NUOVA IDEA SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Ploiesti, 2 Triumfului Street, Prahova, serial number in the Trade Register J29/434/2008, unique fiscal registration code RO23287609.

The promotion will be carried out in compliance with the provisions contained in these regulations. The terms and conditions of these Regulations, as presented below, are mandatory for all participants in the promotion. The organizer reserves the right in exceptional cases to modify the Regulations, bringing the changes made to the attention of the participants, through the website www.nuovaidea.ro, observing a period of at least 48 hours before entry into force.

Art. 2. DURATION AND AREA OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion "Get the free bridal bouquet at your wedding" will take place during the period

February 15, 2023 – April 30, 2023 and the coverage area includes the counties of Prahova, Ilfov, Bucharest. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period during its duration, by concluding an additional act to these regulations and publishing it on www.nuovaidea.ro

Art. 3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This promotion is open to people over 18 years of age with domicile or residence in Romania.

Participation in this promotion constitutes full and free acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the individual who meets the conditions imposed by the Regulations.

Nuova Idea employees, as well as any other persons directly related to this promotion and their close relatives, cannot participate in the promotion.

 Art. 4. HOW THE PROMOTION IS CARRIED OUT

 In order for a Participant to participate in this Promotion, they must comply with the following mechanism:

• Individuals must sign a contract for wedding event decoration services for the year 2023 between February 15 and April 30, 2023.
• The bridal bouquet is free within the limit of 10 % of the contract value and will be carried out in accordance with the other floral arrangements, with the theme of the wedding. The promotion mechanism applies to contracts greater than or equal to the value of 3500 lions.

 Art. 5. FEES

The organizer bears the full amount of taxes related to the prize won, owed by the winning individuals. From the date of transfer of ownership of the prizes, all legal expenses related to these goods are the responsibility of the owner.

Art. 6. GENERAL RULES

• By participating in the "Catch the Bridal Bouquet" promotion, subject to validation in accordance with the provisions of these regulations, participants agree to the provisions of these promotion regulations.

• By participating and validating their registration for this promotion, participants express their express and unequivocal agreement that their personal data be stored and processed by the Promotion Organizer for the purpose of awarding and delivering the prizes, as well as fulfilling the Organizer's legal/fiscal obligations in accordance with the promotion.

• The organizer undertakes that the personal data of the participants will not be disseminated to third parties, except in the situations expressly provided for by these regulations.

At the express request of the participant, sent to the email address office@nuovaidea.ro Nuova Idea undertakes, as appropriate:

• to confirm to the applicant whether or not they process personal data, free of charge for one request per year;
• to rectify, update, block, delete or transform into anonymous data, free of charge, data whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data;
• to cease processing the applicant's personal data.
  Nuova Idea SRL is obliged to ensure appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of illegal processing.

• Winners may be asked to participate in advertising activities accompanying or resulting from this campaign, without further obligations or payments.
• The official regulations for the promotional campaign are available free of charge to any applicant.

Art. 7. OTHER CLAUSES

The Organizer's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and applicable to all Participants.

The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of the system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image or the costs involved in organizing and running the Promotion.
